While we do help students prepare portfolios for competitive design schools, a huge portion of our community consists of serious hobbyists, cosplayers, and people who simply want to create a wardrobe that actually fits their unique body.
YES. Our classes are all BYOS. Bring your own sewing machine! Our goal is to get you familiar and comfortable with working with your own equipment.
This isn't a pre-recorded YouTube tutorial. We use a professional multi-camera setup so you can see detailed demonstrations clearly. You log into your private Student Portal, join the live video session, and we review your work, drape, or draft patterns together in real-time.
Absolutely. One of our core specialties is the engineering required for structured garments, unconventional materials, and competition-level finishing. We will build a custom curriculum specifically around your cosplay goals.
Because our tutoring is bespoke, your supply list will be too. We provide a personalized, detailed list of the exact fabrics, notions, and tools needed for your specific track.
Our core academy programs are primarily 18+, but we do host specific Youth Sewing Intensives and Summer Camps (like our Future Designers Camp for ages 10-15) throughout the year. Check our Workshops section for upcoming dates. We also have private lessons & fashion college incubator programs that help get your teens ready for fashion school applications like FIT & Parsons
We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule a private 1-on-1 tutoring session. This allows us to adjust our studio and online schedules accordingly. Workshop and intensive tickets are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to another student.
